Hi, my name is Cyndi Lepp, Absolute Rentals new owner. Thank you so much for stopping by and spending some time on my website! I am also the scheduler, accountant, salesperson, secretary, mom and grandma, but most importantly more often than not the one that will answer your call or email!
I absolutely love being involved in providing you with the rental items that will make your event a stunning success! I can't tell you how many times I've been asked, "How do you do it?" "What do I need?" "Events are so stressful?!" I want everyone to know that I am here to help, I am happy to spend time with you so that I can completely satisfy your needs.
I understand San Antonio's needs! I am a John Marshall "RAM"! Although that has been, shhhhh.... so many years ago I know the pulse of the city and its surroundings. Rodeo, Fiesta, attending so many of San Antonio's festivals and organized events. From the formal to a good old fashion country wedding I can assist you in checking off your rental items list. I am truly blessed to have been able to speak with so many people enjoying the conversation and hearing after an event all of your dreams came true.
I also can help with your corporate function, providing tents to keep your clients and guests dry and comfortable. It is my mission to supply clean and quality chairs, tables, linens, tents and much more. I am a natural born organizer (my husband says maybe to much of an organizer ) and enjoy assisting you with guest numbers and equipment to match.
Having a large family I understand how important it is to make your daughters day the greatest day of their life or to bring together what is needed for your backyard family get together. Please feel free to call or email me! I really look forward to hearing from you!
... I'm Cyndi's Warehouse Manager, my job is to make sure your entire order is delivered clean and complete. I have over 10 years experience in this industry and am often one of the friendly faces you see delivering and setting up your order. It's exciting to be on your event team making things work. Happy to help!
From the moment your event is inspected and cleaned at our warehouse, accurately counted, loaded onto our trucks and delivered to your event, we will work diligently to assure your satisfaction and quality of the items chosen. We will perform on-time delivery and equipment pick-up from an experienced staff within the noted order window. Furthermore, we know that because of the imprecise nature of events, changes often occur and we will do our absolute best to work with you the client to overcome these changes. We also understand emergencies can happen after business hours and we are on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet your needs.
Absolute Rentals supports a diverse range of customers. We regularly work with area event planners, caterers, venue coordinators, and more; we’re happy to sit down with you or your partnering vendors to create a successful event. From a homeowner throwing a backyard party, an extravagant wedding, to major festivals, fundraisers, corporate events, trade shows and concerts, we absolutely have got you covered. We service events throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas such as Bandera, Boerne, Bulverde, Converse, Devine, Helotes, Luling, New Braunfels, Pleasanton, Schertz, Seguin, Selma and Windcrest to mention a few.
