The Tents for your Events
Absolute Rentals can provide tents for your events which furnish your guests with protection and comfort from the elements. We offer many size options depending on your needs. We can also add tent walls to one or all sides. Frame tents are a highly popular event solution due to their primarily open interiors with unobstructed views. These tents are known for their convenience and are very versatile for many event uses, beginning with weddings, backyard affairs to corporate functions. Our tents perform exceptionally well for spaces which are sometimes limited such as trade shows or fundraising events. Having a BBQ or Chili Cook-Off's? We are there to cover and protect from the burning sun to the blowing winds!
Expert Installation - Stakes vs. Barrels
We absolutely perform all tent installations and breakdowns by our highly experienced crews. Our onsite installers are highly experienced having seen and overcome all sorts of unique problems from terrain to tree limbs, power lines to tight squeezes. Our crew always takes "Absolute Safety" first as the primary application to tent installations.

Tent Decisions...
When creating an outdoor events tenting can be a key consideration, even when not initially planned for. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you and your guests will be relieved that you considered their comfort and we can help. Your decisions will include:
- Size: From 20' x 20' to 40' X 40'
- Height Restrictions: Tree Limbs, Power Lines or Over Head Structures.
- Walls: Tents can be completely, partially enclosed or none at all, solid canvas or with windows.
- Support: Tents can be staked into the ground under some conditions but may need to be supported by heavy water barrels on harder surfaces.
- Seating numbers can vary greatly if using round tables rather than rectangular, please consult us for more definitive numbers per seating arangments.
20' X 20' Frame Tent
This 20' x 20' Frame Tent has a design that will provide a crisp clear open floor with no interior poles to get in your way. This model Frame Tent can accommodate up to 40 people for a seated dinner, 50 to 55 guests for buffet style dinners, or up to 65 to 75 for standing & cocktail style gatherings.

20' X 30' Frame Tent
This 20' x 30' Frame Tent has a design that provides a clear open floor, unobstructed so that you can plan your layout with no interruptions of interior support poles. This tent is craftily made to protect you and your guests from the sometimes-harsh Central Texas weather which we all know can change at a moment's notice. Our 20'x30' Frame Tent can accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit down meal, 75 to 85 guests for buffet style dinners, or 85 to 100 folks for standing & cocktail style events.

20' X 40' Frame Tent
This 20' x 40' Frame Tent has a very accommodating size and still provides an elegant look with a clear open floor unobstructed by support poles contained within the interior. Your guests will marvel at its roominess as our 20'x40' Frame Tent can hold up to 80 guests for seated dinners, 100 to 110 guests for buffet style meals, or 130 to 150 can stand up comfortably & for cocktail style events.

30' X 30' Frame Tent
Our 30'x30' Frame Tent is an absolutely awesome choice that provides a clean looking clear open floor with no obstructions, no poles to work around in the interior. This 30'x30' tent accommodate up to 90 of your fantastic guests for an elegant or family style sit down dinner, 96 to 104 guests for a buffet style meal, or 144 to 170 standing guests & or cocktail style events.

40' X 40' Frame Tent
This 40' x 40' Frame Tent will provide a large number of options to allow you many different ways to layout your dreams while giving your guests a comfortable setting. The 40' X 40' will contain one center pole within interior of the layout. This choice can hold up to 160 guests for seated dining, 160 guests for buffet style meals, or 250 to 300 can stand up comfortably within the tent or for cocktail style events.

30' X 60' Frame Tent
The 30' x 60' Frame Tent will provide a large amount of options to allow you many different ways to layout your event while giving your guests a comfortable setting. The 30' X 60' will contain one center pole within interior of the layout. This choice can hold up to 200 guests for seated dining, 200 guests for buffet style meals, or 300 to 350 can stand up comfortably within the tent or for cocktail style events.

One of the details that is often forgotten is the trash cans, hopefully always out of site but so often needed. With every rental at Absolute Rentals will provide you with a minimum of three waste bags included in your rental.
